During my stay at the Marita I was deceived by the owner. For 4 days I did not have air conditioning. The owner ordered us to pay extra for air conditioning. Air conditioning was included in the price of the apartment at the reservation on the website. I received the air conditioning only after intervention in the holiday home office in Makarska. For 7 consecutive days I received another room than my voucher. I ordered room S1 and I received s2 much less attractive. The owner, after intervening in the office for air conditioning, treated us as intruders and not as guests. The owner did not answer questions about compensation for 4 days without air conditioning.
